Virender Singh, Judge (oral) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, for some time, he, under instructions submits that petitioners do not want to press the present petitions. However, a request has been made to segregate Civil 2 2026:HHC:34888 Suit No. 24 of 2021, titled as, ‘Kamal Dei & others versus Yash Pal & others’ from Civil Suit No. 24 of 2017 RBT No. 164/1 of 19/17, titled as, ‘Prema Devi and others versus Hardyal & others’, pending before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Court No. 1, Rohru, District Shimla, H.P. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the trial Court’). 2. Request considered and allowed and the aforesaid civil suits, pending adjudication before the learned trial Court, are ordered to be segregated. 3. Considering the age of the litigants, it is expected from the learned trial Court to proceed further with the case, without giving unnecessary adjournments. 4.
