By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.484/2023 dated 15.08.2023 registered at PS.: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi under Sections 304/147/149/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

Considering the last bail application filed by the applicant was withdrawn by the applicant on 01.09.2025 before the learned Trial Court and no application, barring the present one, has been filed thereafter before the learned Trial Court, learned counsel for the applicant seeks This is a digitally signed order.
