Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel representing the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 10.08.2026, issued by the Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Solan, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid communication dated 10.08.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been paid the amount of DCRG and leave encashment as well as interest on the aforesaid components. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 dated 15.12.2025, passed in CWP No.18773 of 2025, titled, Sharda Nand vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation & Others, has been complied with, whereby the direction was given to the respondents to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner in light of the decision rendered in CWP No.3050 of 2014, titled, Nek Ram vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is disposed of. However, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the non release of the benefits strictly in terms of the decision rendered by this Court in Nek Ram’s case (supra), he is at liberty to avail an appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if any.
