This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning the delay of 23 days in filing the appeal. 3. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the delay of 23 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. 4. I.A. No. 7624 of 2026 stands disposed of. Cr. A. (DB) No. 688 of 2026 5. This appeal is directed against the order dated 04.04.2026 passed in B.P. No. 213 of 2026, arising out of Dhanbad G.R.P.S. Case No. 67 of 2026, by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1st Dhanbad, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 6. It has been alleged that on information that some children were being trafficked in Vasco Da Gama Express, a raid was conducted at Dhanbad Station and seven persons were apprehended. They had disclosed about the appellant and one Ujjwal Mal @ Ujjwal Mallik who were taking them to Secunderabad for working in a Solar Plant. 7. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that out of the seven intercepted persons, six were majors and one was aged about 17 years. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 25.02.2026 and one of the co-accused namely Ujjwal Mal @ Ujjwal Mallik has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. App. (DB) 2026:JHHC:20063-DB 2 No. 605 of 2026. 8. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant and submitted that the appellant was apprehended on the spot while the co-accused Ujjwal Mal was apprehended subsequently. 9. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the appellant and the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail as noted above, we while setting aside the order dated 04.04.2026 passed in B.P. No. 213 of 2026, arising out of Dhanbad G.R.P.S. Case No. 67 of 2026, by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1st Dhanbad, direct the appellant to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Railway, Dhanbad. 10.
