Office objection is not complied inspite of petition was filed in the year 2023. When the matter was listed before the Registrar on 30.06.2023 and 29.08.2024, counsel for the petitioners was absent and the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26879 CRL.P No. 5340 of 2023 matter was listed before the Court on 12.06.2025. On that day, the counsel for the petitioners sought time on the ground that the matter is likely to be settled. On 23.06.2025, this Court again granted two weeks time to comply with the office objections. Again on 10.09.2025, the matter was listed before the Registrar and the counsel sought time to comply with the office objections. On 20.11.2025, the matter was listed before the Registrar and the counsel filed a memo stating that the parties are ready to compromise the matter and prayed to post the matter before the Court. On 27.02.2026, again the matter was listed before the Registrar and the counsel for the petitioners was absent and finally, a week’s time was granted for compliance of office objections. On 25.04.2026 also the counsel for the petitioners was absent before the Registrar but certain objections were complied except one objection. Hence, directed to post the matter before the Court. Today, the matter is listed before the Court. 2.
