In all these matters, the I.As. seek condonation of delay of 262 days in filing the accompanying appeals against the common judgment and order dated 16th August, 2024 passed in W.P.(S) No.2698 of 2023 and several connected writ petitions including those from which the State had filed L.P.A. No.786 of 2025 after seeking to explain similar delay of 262 days in filing the said L.P.A. The reasons set out in the I.A. seeking condonation of 262 days delay in filing L.P.A. No.786 of 2025 and the reasons set out in the present I.As. are virtually identical. By order dated 4th May, 2026, the I.A. in L.P.A. No.786 of 2025 was dismissed by a reasoned order. Those reasons equally apply to the I.As. in the present appeals. 3. Accordingly, by following the reasoning in our order dated 4th May, 2026 disposing of I.A. No.14446 of 2025 in L.P.A. No.786 of 2025, we dismiss these I.As. as disclosing no sufficient cause. 4. As a result, the accompanying appeals and I.As. therein will not survive and are disposed of. (M. S. Sonak, C.J.)
