1. This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR no. 0275/2026, under Sections 109(1)/3(5), registered at Police Station Sector-23, Dwarka as also the proceedings emanating therefrom.
2. At the very outset, learned APP takes strong objection, stating that the petitioner is only seeking partial quashing in respect of the present petitioner, inasmuch as there are two accused facing trial before the learned Trial Court.
3. At this stage, Mr. Jitin Sahni, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
4. The statement made by the learned counsel is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
