Ms.P.B.Ahamed Yashmin Parvin, learned Government Advocate, taking notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that a due enquiry has already been conducted, wherein out of 194 borrowers, only 37 were found eligible under the said Government Order. It is further submitted that a reasoned (speaking) order will be passed on the petitioner’s representation. 4. In view of the above submission, the respondents 2 to 5 are directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.02.2026 and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order, without insisting upon a certified copy. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
