ORDER (Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner seeks a direction to the fifth respondent to remove the encroachment made by the sixth respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submits that already proceedings under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act were initiated against the sixth respondent and they will proceed as per law.
4. In such view of the matter, we are of the view that the respondents shall proceed as per law after giving proper opportunity to the sixth respondent.
5. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
