For the Respondents : None. ------ 12/ 08.07.2026 This second appeal has been filed being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the judgment dated 08.06.2017 and the decree following thereupon signed on 16.06.2017, passed in Title Appeal No. 38 of 2016, by the learned A.J.C.-VII, Ranchi, by which, the said

appeal has been allowed by way of setting aside the judgment dated 26.08.2016 and the decree signed on 02.09.2016, passed in Title Suit No. 45 of 1992, by the learned Civil Judge-VI (Senior Division), Ranchi. 2. Nobody has responded on behalf of the appellants and the respondents in spite of repeated calls. 3. Adjournment was taken on 29.06.2020 for four weeks and further on 02.11.2022, the time was taken and by order dated 24.07.2024, notice has been issued on the limitation point. Further adjournment was granted by the order dated 25.10.2024 at the cost of Rs. 1,000/- and further on 28.11.2024, the time was also taken at the cost of Rs. 2,000/- and further adjournment was taken on 11.02.2026 and also on 18.02.2026 and 19.02.2026. 4. In spite of aforesaid opportunities provided to the learned counsel appearing for appellant, the appellant has not been represented by any counsel and further the counsel for the respondents is also not present. 5.
