No. 21/2016, dated 28.12.2016 and further to direct the respondents to consider the case of petitioners for appointment as they secured qualifying marks for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher in their respective subjects. 2. At the outset learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in view of judgment passed in W.P.(S). No. 582 of 2023 (Mina Kumari & Ors. Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and other analogous cases, the instant writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent-JSSC. 3. There is no objection from the other side. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the instant application stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
