The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [hereinafter referred to as ‘BNSS’], seeking interim bail for a period of six weeks in FIR No. 004/2026, registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla, District North, Delhi, under Sections 310(2), 311, 317(3), 111, 126(2), 351(3), 61(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [hereinafter referred to as ‘BNS’]. 3. The aforesaid interim bail is being sought by the applicant on the ground that his wife has been advised to undergo spinal surgery and his need This is a digitally signed order. Learned APP for the State has handed over the Status / Verification Report and submits that, as per the verification conducted, the petitioner’s wife is scheduled to be admitted to the hospital on 25.09.2026 for undergoing surgery. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is required to attend to his wife and take care of her during the aforesaid period. 6. In view of the above, the applicant is granted interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, subject to the following conditions: i. The Applicant shall be released upon furnishing a bail bond to the sum of Rs. 35,000/-, with a surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Trial Court. ii. The Applicant shall furnish his mobile number to the Investigating Officer [IO] / Station House Officer [SHO] concerned and shall keep the same operational at all times during the period of interim bail. iii. The Applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, contact, influence, induce, threaten or intimidate any prosecution witness or tamper with the evidence in any manner. iv. The Applicant shall forthwith intimate the IO / SHO concerned of any change in his residential address or contact details. v. The Applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity and, in the event of his indulging in any such activity, the present interim bail shall automatically stand cancelled. vi. The Applicant shall not leave the country without the prior permission of the concerned learned Trial Court. vii.
