Issue a writ of Certiorari to quash the E-Auction sale of petition schedule property as per E-auction sale notice E-Auction sale notice dated 01/12/2023 issued by the Recovery officer-1, DRT-1, Bengaluruin R.C. No. 10117/2016 (Ο.Α. No. 590/2011), regarding the petition schedule property produced at ANNEXURE-A. b. Grant any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper under the circumstances of this case. 2.
