section (8) of Section 25-B of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, challenging the Judgment dated 22.02.2024 [“Impugned Judgment”] passed by the learned CCJ-cum-ARC, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [“learned ARC”], in RC ARC No. 224/2017 [“Eviction Petition”], titled “Pramod Jain v. M/s Mohan Lal Harkishan Lal Sibal & Others”.
2. After advancing submissions for a considerable period of time,
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that the Impugned Judgment may be set aside and the matter be remanded to the learned ARC for a de novo consideration on all the issues raised by the parties.
3. The parties are further ad idem that they may be permitted to file such further pleadings and documents as may be necessary and as permissible in law, in support of their respective contentions.
4. Having regard to the fact that the Eviction Petition pertains to the year 2017, the learned ARC is requested to endeavour to conclude the proceedings within a period of one (01) year from today.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the present Petition, along with all pending Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
