Accordingly, on the basis of the submission of learned counsel for the parties, FAT No. 281 of 2023 is disposed of in terms of the settlement as enumerated in the memorandum of the settlement annexed to CAN 5 of 2026. 3. The parties shall act in terms of the memorandum of settlement dated March 13, 2026, which is treated to be a part of the decree passed in this appeal. 4.
