While deciding MCRC No. 10233/2025 on 06.01.2026, this Court had directed the concerned Court to conclude the trial within 03 months, but the proceeding could not be completed within the stipulated time. By this letter, the trial Court has prayed for further time for disposal of the case. 2 3.
