In view of objection raised by learned State Counsel, learned counsel for applicants would submit that present bail application is filed mentioning the offences as mentioned in the bail rejection order passed by learned trial Court. He, however, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file better constituted application. 3.
