It is stated that the respondents have willfully violated the orders of this Court. However, when the order of this Court was passed on 16.09.2025, the assessment dated 16.09.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent was obviously without communication of the orders of this Court. As such, this Court is of the opinion that the orders were not communicated to the 2nd respondent for considering the representation of the petitioner. In such circumstances, contempt cannot be alleged against the respondents. 3. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N Date: 30.03.2026 PNS 3
