JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed writ petition seeking for mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.02.2023 vide Annexure-P, wherein the petitioner has requested the respondents to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26805 WP No. 14318 of 2026 disburse the House Rent Allowance to the petitioner at 16% per month for the period of her service from September 2018 to August 2021. The respondents have not considered the representation submitted by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the respondents would consider the representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned Additional Government Advocate, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii.
