Civil Judge and JMFC, Heggadadevanakote, allow this criminal petition with costs and grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard Sri. Hemanth Kumar G.M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The relationship between the two flounders and on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25616 CRL.P No. 8627 of 2024 floundering of the relationship, the wife is before the concerned Court seeking various reliefs and maintenance as obtaining in law. The concerned Court by a detailed order grants maintenance at Rs.4,000/-, which is challenged by the husband before this Court in the subject petition. 4. A perusal at the order of the concerned Court would not lead to any interference at the hands of this Court particularly of the amount that is so meager i.e., Rs.4,000/-. 5. The submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is only an agriculturist and cannot comply with the said order, is a submission that is noted only to be rejected.
