JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15206 WP No. 7754 of 2023 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "Wherefore, the Petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to; (a) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the possession notice dated 28.03.2023 issued by respondent bank in respect of schedule property produced as Annexure-E with respect to petitioner concerned. (b) Grant any other relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding costs, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. In the light of the judgment passed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.11869/2017 C/w W.P.No.27352/2016 between Sri.Gowtham Vs. Karnataka Bank Limited, the present writ petition is not maintainable against the respondent/Karnataka Bank Ltd. 3. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i.
