The Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Court has rejected the objections filed by the petitioner against the proceedings initiated and has taken cognizance and issued summons for their appearance. We find no reason to interfere with the well reasoned order inasmuch as the learned Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Court has considered all submissions and the evidence on record in the proceedings. Be that as it may, as the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition, we permit the petitioner to withdraw in terms of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
