Civil Writ Petition No.2474/2003, which was decided vide order dated 28.02.2025. 2. Bare perusal of the order dated 28.02.2025 would reveal that after recording the facts of the case, the Co-ordinate Bench has given a finding that no cause of action to pursue the writ petition survives and hence, the petition was dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench.
