JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER Wherefore, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: (i) Issue a writ of mandamus/ any other writ and /or orders directing the Trail curt for speedy disposal of the suit O.S 348/2025 of the petitioner. ANNEXURE- A (il) Order Respondent No.2 & 3 to take immediate steps to remove unauthorized occupation of the petitioner's agricultural land and (iii) Direct the Trail court to dispose the suit expeditiously to protect the interest of Petitioner Justice as per the laws of the land. (iv) Grant costs of the petition. (v)Pass any other reliefs deemed fit in the circumstances of the case." 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application filed for injunction was not considered. Then the petitioner had moved the Appellate Court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26519 WP No. 15289 of 2026 It is the case that the matter is coming up on 05.06.2026 and so far, the application is not considered. 3. The relief that is sought before this Court in the writ petition is seeking a speedy disposal of the suit which cannot be granted because this is the suit of the year 2025 and the second relief is to take immediate steps to remove the unauthorised occupation in the petitioner's agricultural land which also cannot be granted by this Court. That can be decided by the trial Court in the pending M.A. In that view of the matter, any of the reliefs that are sought by the petitioner before this Court cannot be granted by this Court. Hence, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. ii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
