When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation seeking premature release has been rejected and the same has been communicated to the petitioner. The order of the fourth respondent in No.3312/Thaku1/2026, dated 05.03.2026, was also placed before this Court. 4. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
