The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “i) To quash the notice/proceeding in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 08 of 2026-27 pending before the Additional Collector cum Patna High Court CWJC No.7444 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 Additional District Magistrate. ii) For a further direction to the Respondents to refrain from taking any coercive action or creating third-party interests in the land. iii) A specific prayer to stay the further proceedings of the case in the ADM court during the pendency of the writ petition. iv) For a further direction to the Respondents no. 5 for demarcation of land in question. v) For any other relief or reliefs, the Petitioner is entitled for.” 3.
