OMP(M) No.405 of 2025 By way of the present application, a prayer has been made to condone the delay, as occurred in filing the accompanying appeal, on the ground that after passing the award by the learned District Judge Mandi, the file has been dealt with, at various levels, in the office of the applicant, due to which, the appeal could not be filed within the prescribed period of limitation. Notice issued against the respondent has been received back after due service. Despite service, respondent has failed to put appearance and to contest the application, what to talk of controverting the factual position, as asserted in the application. Considering the said fact, the application is allowed and the delay, as occurred, in filing the main appeal, is ordered to be condoned. The application stands disposed of. Arb.
