Contd…/- It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that impleadment of the abovenamed three Officers as respondents No. 6, 7 and 8 are necessary inasmuch as they have taken over on demitting office by their predecessors. In view of the above, let notice be issued upon the abovenamed three Officers, returnable within three weeks. As Mr. Tomclist, learned counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of Shri Namoijam Kheda Varta, Secretary (Veterinary), Government of Manipur and Dr. L. Arunkumar Singh, Director (Veterinary), Government of Manipur and as Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of Mr. Hemendro Singh, Deputy Accountant General (A&E), Manipur, no formal notice is called for. Both the counsel appearing for the abovenamed three Officers submitted that they have no objection in allowing the impleadment application. In view of the submission made above, the present impleadment application is hereby allowed.
