Despite registration, the revision application has not been decided till date, although the issue involved pertains only to the demarcation report. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Having considered the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to decide the revision application bearing Case No.202508063600001/अ- 5 (Rampal Kashyap vs. State of Chhattisgarh), in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of this order. 5.
