The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher (S.C.) in Physical Education at Korekhali Milani Sikshaniketan (HS), Purba Medinipur. 4. The petitioner has made an application for transfer on own seeking on medical ground. 5. The said application is pending since 2025. 6. The respondent no. 6 is directed to conduct the requisite medical test and if satisfied, to issue requisite ‘No Objection Certificate’ and forward the same to the respondent no. 5 by 15.04.2026. 7. The suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the appli8cation for transfer of the petitioner.
