Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error, the word “in” has been erroneously typed in place of “as per” in the third line of Para 2 of the order dated 12.09.2025. 3. The word “as per” be read in place of “in” in the third line of Para 2 of the order dated 12.09.2025 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10268/2020. 5.
