Mr. Mukesh Kher, Advocate and petitioner in-person, appears. It is noted that on the previous date, as well as today, whenever the Court posed questions to him, he has consistently interjected and responded aggressively thereby making it impossible for the Court to deliberate upon the issues in question. We understand his anxiety, considering that he is personally appearing in the matter and the Court has confronted him with issue of gross suppression of facts, in the petition filed by him. 2. The Court has suggested to Mr. Mukesh Kher that he be represented by another lawyer on the next date in order that somebody can present his version calmly and with clarity. 3. In the meanwhile, Mr. Kher will file a reply to CM APPL. 60940/2026 and CM APPL. 61989/2026, which have been filed for intervention in the matter by one, Yogesh Saini and HDFC Bank, respectively. 4. A serious issue has been raised by them in these intervention applications. They have placed on record various facts and circumstances and documents to show inter alia an order, which was passed on 25th May 2026 by the District Judge in Misc. DJ 19/26, for maintaining status quo with respect to possession, title, operation, management and assets, including, medical equipment situated at property bearing no.
