The dispute is with regard to encroachment of the land owned and possessed by the petitioner, pursuant to which, demarcation has been conducted by the Revenue Inspector Bodri, Tahsil, Bilha, District Bilaspur. 2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach to the Tahsildar, Bilha by submitting an appropriate representation. Upon such representation being made, the Tahsildar, Bilha shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
