The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 To issue an appropriate writ or order and direct the respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner for payment of two increments. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow above prayer. 4. On due consideration, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty as sought for. 5.
