Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Lokainayanpur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026 for the offences registered under Sections 80,3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage was solemnized in the year 2023 and wife of the petitioner was found dead. He submits that the death was natural and the doctor has not given any opinion with regard to the cause of death and the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2026. 4. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that there is direct allegation of demand of dowry in the FIR itself and the wife of the petitioner was less than 25 years and died in her matrimonial home. The Doctor has kept the opinion reserved till viscera report. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct allegation made in the FIR itself regarding demand of dowry and torture and the wife of the petitioner died in her matrimonial home within 3 years of marriage, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
