CMP No.19232 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC, has been filed by the applicants/respondents, namely, Rajiv Chauhan, Lokpal Chauhan and Yashwant Chauhan, for release of award amount alongwith up-to-date interest, in their favour, as per their shares. Learned vice counsel for the non- applicants/appellants, has placed on record copy of e-mail, dated 05.08.2026, received from the Regional Office, Shimla, EPFO, Ministry of Labour, wherein, it has been stated that office has no objection, if the amount deposited in terms of this Court order dated 06.08.2008, be released in favour of the applicants/respondents as per the compromise deed in the month of September, 2025. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants as well as copy of e-mail, dated 05.08.2026, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the award amount alongwith up-to-date interest as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of the applicants/respondents, namely, Rajiv Chauhan, Lokpal Chauhan and Yashwant Chauhan, as per their shares, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their saving bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in photocopies of the pass books, annexed with the application as Annexure A-1 to A-3.
