The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Balbadda, P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025, (S.T. No. 318 of 2025), for the offences registered under Sections 87 and 351 (3) of B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II at Godda. 3. Learned APP submits that as per his instruction through letter dated 07.01.2026, four prosecution witnesses have been examined till 07.01.2026 and rest two witnesses will be examined on 28.01.2026. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts it is clear that the learned trial court is in seisin in this case. Accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage.
