[2026:RJ-JP:2703] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 13811/2025 Nagarmal S/o Shri Lakshman Singh, Aged About 50 Years, R/o Mahariya Ka Mohalla, Ward No. 1, Kudan, Tehsil Sikar Rural, District Sikar (Raj.) (At Present Accused Petitioner Confined In District Jail Sikar). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Kailash Chand Kataria For Respondent(s) : Mr. Manvendra Singh, PP with Mr. Anirudh Singh HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 21/01/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.30/2023 registered at Police Station Ranoli, District Sikar, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 & 120-B of IPC and Sections 4, 5 & 6 of Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner is not reflected in the FIR. The main allegation is against the other co-accused Ranvir Singh, Subhash and Opendra Kumar, and they have already been enlarged on bail in various matters. The accused-petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2025 and trial of the case may take [2026:RJ-JP:2703] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-13811/2025] considerable time, therefore, the bail application of the accused- petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that the accused-petitioner is in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused- petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Nagarmal S/o Shri Lakshman Singh, in connection with FIR No.30/2023 registered at Police Station Ranoli, District Sikar, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
