JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 22-06-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patarghat P.S. Case No. 58 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 76, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim with iron rod. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2026 and the injuries are corroborated from the injury report of the victim. It is also mentioned in the injury report that fracture has been caused on the perietal reason. 5. Considering the direct allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39563 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 petitioner. 6.
