Nanda, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Shubham Mishra, AC to SC(M)-II ---------- 02/ 06.07.2026 This application has been preferred by the petitioners for a direction upon the respondent-authorities to verify the records of the case of deceased employee, who was father of these petitioners and after verification of records, pay the legally admitted dues standing in the name of their father. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that since mother of the petitioners is also no more, accordingly, the respondents be directed to calculate the amount and pay the same to the present petitioners, who are legal heirs of the deceased employees. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since counter- affidavit has not been filed, if the petitioners so wish, they may approach the concerned authorities for redressal of their grievances. 2026:JHHC:19848 2 4. Having regard to the aforesaid, interest of justice would be sufficed by directing the petitioners to file a joint detailed representation before the respondent No. 3, as early as possible. The moment the 3rd respondent will receive such representation, he shall verify the records of the case and thereafter, pay the admitted dues, if any, to the petitioners, who are the legal heirs of the deceased employee. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5. As a result, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
