This MCC has been filed seeking correction of a typographical/inadvertent error in the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in WPS No. 5291/2021. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in paragraph 10 of the aforesaid order, an incorrect portion of the impugned order dated 27.02.2021 was HIFZURRAHMAN ANSARI Digitally signed by HIFZURRAHMAN ANSARI Date: 2026.05.08 11:10:39 +0530 2 inadvertently reproduced. It is submitted that the relevant and correct portion necessary for proper adjudication of the case is paragraph 4 of the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 27.02.2021. Therefore, he prays that the said inadvertent error may be rectified by substituting the correct portion. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Upon consideration, it appears that due to an inadvertent typographical error, an incorrect extract of the impugned order dated 27.02.2021 was reproduced in paragraph 10 of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in WPS No. 5291/2021. Accordingly, paragraph 10 of the said order deserves to be corrected by substituting the relevant portion of the impugned order. 5. Consequently, paragraph 10 of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in WPS No. 5291/2021 shall be read as under: "10. The impugned order Annexure P/1 is a two-page order. The relevant portion thereof reads as under: 'ቦኍ शुक्ला ने जो अपीला अभ्यावे दने ्ቚस्तुतु किया है, उस पीर महैकिनेद शु, जो ला  अकिमतु ्ቚ्቎ किया गया। ቦኍ शुक्ला  किवेरू्ቍ किवेगया जो$च & या'वेहै किनेयामनेसर स$पीकिदतु & गई है। उ्ሹ अपीला  किवेग ቛኋर पीर्ቌण र अपीला म- ई नेया तुथ्या ्ቚस्तुतु नेहै/ किया जोने तुथा किवेगया जो$च म- बचवे  समकिचतु अवेसर द तु है2ए अपीलाथा4  किवेरू्ቍ तुने5 आरपी ्ቚमकिणतु पीया जोने  रण रज्या शुसने एतुቛኋर ቦኍ अश्वेने  मर शुक्ला, सहैया जो ला अधी्ቌ, उपी जो ला मने न््ቖगढ़ ቛኋर ्ቚस्तुतु अपीला अभ्यावे दने किदने$ 12.03.2020 अमन्या रतु है।'" 3 5.
