The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that another reason for putting the petitioner’s husband name in the blacklist category was that he had, at some point in time, stayed in India despite the Visa having expired. He submits that the petitioner has paid the penalty and was allowed to exit at that time and therefore the same cannot be a ground for continuing an order of blacklisting the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in such circumstances, submits that a representation shall be made to the respondent authority for removing his name from the blacklist category. 5. Considering the above, the petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondent authority. 6. As and when the same is filed, the respondent authority is requested to take decision within a period of six weeks. AMIT MAHAJAN, J SEPTEMBER 24, 2026 DU This is a digitally signed order.
