A Contempt Petition under Article 215 of Constitution of India read with Section 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act has been filed in respect of the Order dated 19.08.2019 whereby the directions were given to give the salaries to the Petitioners in accordance with Sixth Pay Commission which had come into force w.e.f 01.01.2026. 2. Applications CM APPL.48201/2019 and CM APPL.11248/2026 had been filed for medication of the Order dated 19.08.2019 and for recall of Order dated 19.08.2019 which had been disposed of vide Order dated 21.04.2026 by observing that essentially it is an issue of correctness of the computation which cannot be considered in the Application. 3. The Petitioners were directed to initiate appropriate proceedings for the enforcement of non-compliance of the Order. 4. From the submissions made in the Contempt Petition it is evident that what is sought to the Order in the Contempt of which has been alleged is of 19.08.2019 which is beyond the period of one year. 5. Moreover, it is not the Contempt for the execution of the Order which This is a digitally signed order.
