Case No. 40 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B), 27(A), 25, 29 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 2.950 kg of Ganja. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2026. 5. Considering the quantum of recovery of Ganja, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for the present. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
