Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2026 for the offences registered under Sections 111(2) (b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318 (4), 338, 336(3),340(2), 61 (2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and section 66 (B), 66(C), 66(D) & 34 (C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II- cum- Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 15.05.2026. FIR of the case reveals that the petitioners were caught red handed along with mobile and SIM Cards standing in the name of other persons. ( 2026:JHHC:19729 ) 2 5. Admittedly, the investigation is going on. 6. Since the petitioners were apprehended on the spot and the investigation is going on, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on bail, at this stage. 7.
