DATED : 06th OCTOBER, 2026 PER COURT :
1. Heard learned Advocate for both the applicants and the learned APP for the State.

3. On the last occasion, this Court had directed the Trial Court to submit a report indicating within how much period the trial can be concluded. The report has been received from the Trial Court, stating that the trial can be concluded within six months from today. Learned Advocates for the applicants thus submit that, if the trial is not concluded, then they should be granted liberty to file a fresh application for bail.
4. Both applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh applications in case the trial is not concluded within a period of eight months from today.
5. Criminal Application No.3397 of 2026 is also disposed of.
