Assailing the order dated 04.08.2025 passed by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar in T. R. Case No.277 of 2025 taking cognizance under Sections 75/296/78(2)/351(2) BNS r/w. Sec.67(B) of I.T. Act. & Section 8/12 of POCSO Act, the present Criminal Revision has been filed. 3. This Court perused the statement of the victim submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner which is taken on record. 4. Considering the same, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order taking cognizance, inter alia, under Section 12 of POCSO. 5. Accordingly, the CRLREV stands disposed of. 6. It is needless to state here that the non- entertainment of the revision ought not to be construed as this Court expressing any opinion regarding the complicity of the Petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence. 7.
