This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 591 days in filing the Criminal Revision.
2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.
3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
