1. The present CMP has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.3565 of 2018, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 11th February, 2022.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. For the reasons stated in the present CMP and that the aforesaid writ petition stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 11th February, 2022, directing them to remove the remaining defects within three weeks, prior to issuance of notice to the respondents, W.P.(C) No.3565 of 2018 is ordered to be restored to its original file and stage subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within two weeks

and shall remove the remaining defects within the aforesaid period.
3. The present CMP is, accordingly, disposed of.
