This third bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with FIR No.26/2023 registered at Police Station Mandana, District Kota Rural for the offences under Sections 8/15 & 8/29 of the NDPS Act. 2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that trial of the case is to be concluded as the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case is fixed for recording of statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 3. In view of the fact that the trial is at its fagend and taking into consideration the allegation against the accused-petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 4.
